PURPOSE

The Counsellor will be a part of CEO’s Team coordinating all activities related to the following:

-          Counselling the students and their parents

-          Identifying the psychology of customers

-          To conduct counseling workshops

-          Telecalling to generate the leads

-          Handling Walk-ins

-          To prepare the MIS and generate leads

-          To resolve the interrogation of customers

-          Convincing the customers

You will be responsible for counseling the students, their parents and convince them to get accommodate with KITE.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

-          Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing will be preferred

-          Excellent communication and analytical skills

-          Excellent knowledge of MS-Office software suite

-          Ability to solve problems, take initiative and plan the tasks

-          Flexibility with time to work extra hours when the project requires

-          Experienced candidates will be preferred

-          Ability work in a team with high people orientation is must
