PURPOSE
The HR
Coordinator will be part of the HR Team coordinating all
activities related to the following:
- Job design and recruitment
- Selection and Induction
- Training and Development
- Maintaining MIS and generating reports
- Knowledge Management
- Internal Communications and Conflict resolution
You will be responsible for assisting Manager HR and
Quality in planning and developing work systems, such that
the objectives of the HR Function are achieved.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR will be
preferred
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office software suite
- Ability to solve problems, take initiative and plan
the tasks
- Flexibility with time to work extra hours when the
project requires
- Experienced candidates will be preferred
- Ability work in a team with high people orientation
