Manager – Estates and Facilities

REPORTS TO

Chief Executive Officer

LINE MANAGES

None. But, will be required to work in cross-functional teams.

PURPOSE

The Estates and Facilities Manager will be part of the CEO’s Team coordinating all activities related to the following:

  • Infrastructure development

  • Facilities Management

  • Purchase and Stores

  • Events Management and Support services

You will be responsible for planning, developing and overseeing implementation of efficient systems for the management of the physical resources, including purchases. You will be responsible for optimizing on the cost involved without compromising on the quality.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree is essential but MBA or equivalent qualification will be preferred

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Good knowledge of MS-Office software suite

  • Ability to solve problems, take initiative and plan the tasks

  • Flexibility with time to work extra hours when the project requires

  • Ability to work in cross functional teams

  • Ability to manage finances, prepare and understand budgets

  • Minimum work experience of 3 years in a similar role is must
