Manager – Human Resources

REPORTS TO

Chief Executive Officer

LINE MANAGES

None at present. But may have to lead a HR team of 4-6 members in future.

PURPOSE

The HR Manager will be part of the CEO’s Team coordinating all activities related to the following:

  • Job design and recruitment

  • Selection and Induction

  • Training and Development

  • Appraisal and Rewards

  • Knowledge Management

  • Internal Communications and Conflict resolution

You will be responsible for planning and developing work systems, such that the Institute attracts and retains the best available talent at all levels.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR will be preferred

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office software suite

  • Ability to solve problems, take initiative and plan the tasks

  • Flexibility with time to work extra hours when the project requires

  • Experienced candidates will be preferred

  • Ability work in a team with high people orientation is must
