at present. But may have to lead a HR team of 4-6 members
in future.
PURPOSE
The
HR Manager will be part of the CEO’s Team coordinating
all activities related to the following:
You
will be responsible for planning and developing work
systems, such that the Institute attracts and retains the
best available talent at all levels.
ESSENTIAL
REQUIREMENTS
-
Graduate
in any discipline; MBA in HR will be preferred

Excellent
communication and analytical skills

Excellent
knowledge of MS-Office software suite

Ability
to solve problems, take initiative and plan the tasks
-
Flexibility
with time to work extra hours when the project
requires

Experienced
candidates will be preferred

Ability
work in a team with high people orientation is must
