Manager – Quality

REPORTS TO

Chief Executive Officer

LINE MANAGES

None. But, will be required to work in cross-functional teams.

PURPOSE

The Quality Manager will be part of the CEO’s Team coordinating all activities related to the following:

  • Quality Assurance

  • Quality Control

  • Quality Initiatives

You will be responsible for planning and developing quality systems, such that the Institute adopts and implements best practices in managing educational institutions within the broad international and national quality frameworks.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • MBA or equivalent qualification

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Good knowledge of MS-Office software suite

  • High system orientation

  • Ability to solve problems, take initiative and plan the tasks

  • Flexibility with time to work extra hours when the project requires

  • Ability to work in cross functional teams

  • Ability to facilitate, coach and persuade people to adopt quality systems
