Job Description:
To be responsible for leading and managing the
Engineering College and for the
conduct and development of its teaching, research and
enterprise (working with students and industry), within
the regulations and standards of the Affiliating
University, AICTE and associated professional spheres. The
Principal will be responsible for overall institutional
development at local, national and international levels.
The ideal candidate would be a focused personality with a
passion for teaching and a burning desire for student
education, research, regional development and
administration. A person with a strong vision and
willingness to work hard to take the Institution into a
level of international fame by exhibiting high standards
and performance, benchmarked against the best in the
Sector.
The Principal would also be responsible for developing,
leading and managing the Team. Besides the core
responsibilities would include teaching, Course upgrading,
revamping and working on industry institution assignments
and projects with students, grading assignments and such
other areas of responsibility.
